Entity Account Manager Feature

What does this feature do:

The entity account manager feature allows you to assign users as account managers to the Advertiser, Publisher and Partner entities.
See reporting data associated to account managers per entity.
Allow publishers and partners to see the account manager contact details (if you decide to expose it).

How to use the Entity Account Manager feautre:

If you can’t see this feature, ask your account manager to enable it for your account.
Once enabled, you will have the ability to assign any user from your account’s users list to any one of the following entities:
1. Advertiser account manager
2. Partner account manager - You can choose to expose the name and email of the contact to the partner, it will be hidden by default.
  1. The partner will see the “Partner Contact” details in the partner details page:
3. Publisher account manager - You can choose to expose the name and email of the contact to the partner, it will be hidden by default.
  1. The publisher will see the Network Contact details in Settings page under “Info & Settings” tab:
Reporting:
1. Once the entities have account managers, you can see the related data in your reporting.
2. Dimensions: The account manager dimensions allow you to see data per each user associated to each entity.
  1. Advertiser Account Manager name
  2. Advertiser Account Manager email
  3. Publisher Account Manager name
  4. Publisher Account Manager email
  5. Partner Account Manager name
  6. Partner Account Manager email
  7. Partner Contact name (in case a partner shared this data with you).
  8. Partner Contact email (in case a partner shared this data with you).
3. Filters: The account manager filters allow you to filter specific users from your account and to view report data only for the entities they are associated with. Users can be searched by name or email.
