Manage Users

List of users

See the users that are have access to the system with basic info next to each of them.

You can use the far right-side options to Edit or Archive each user.

Create a user

Click New User:

This form lets you decide the options for the new user, please don’t forget to click Save when done.

  1. Email (required) - the user’s e-mail address. It’s important to right a correct one since it’s unchangeable and all relevant alerts will get there.

  2. First Name - optionally document it. It’ll be shown in the user list.

  3. Last Name - optionally document it. It’ll be shown in the user list.

  4. Role - Choose Read Only or Administrator. Note Read Only is for purely basic usage as such users can’t even create and edit Reports (except Dashboard), so it’s usually preferable to choose Administrator.

  5. Status - choose Active so the user will be able to log in. Blocked is similar to Deleted - both won’t archive but will truly delete the user for good.

  6. Password - choose the user’s password. It’s unchangeable unless the user logs out and then chooses the option of “forgot password”.

  7. Confirm Password - repeat the user’s password to make sure you got it right.

Edit User

This form will let you change existing users, please remember to click Save when done.

  1. Email - a read-only value of the user’s e-mail address, which is used as a username.

  2. First Name - you can modify it. It’ll shown in the user list.

  3. Last Name - you can modify it. It’ll shown in the user list.

  4. Role - you can choose Read Only or Administrator. Note Read Only is for purely basic usage as such users can’t even create and edit Reports (except Dashboard), so it’s usually preferable to choose Administrator.

  5. Status - if you change from Active (which lets the user log in), then Blocked is similar to Deleted - both won’t archive but will truly delete the user for good.

Note password isn’t changeable here. If users need to change it, they must log out, then choose the “forgot password” option.
