List of feeds

A list of RSS/MRSS feeds that can be served to or for InStream players.

Next to each feed is some info (based on your column selection at the top) and the (far right side) options to Archive or Edit the feed.

Create/Edit Feed

A feed can be a plain upload or meant for .

When you edit an existing feed or choose to create a new one, you can change various details but most of them are optional!

Please remember to click Save & Import (if the option exists) or Save when done.

Video Uploading

Basic Info

  1. Title (required) - the title for the feed.

  2. Feed Purpose - a read-only reflection of whether the feed is Video Uploading or Video Carousel.

  3. Feed Type - choose if the feed is MRSS (Media RSS) or just plain RSS.

  4. Uploading Object - choose if you want to upload the videos to this server or only upload meta-data (title, description, etc.) and use bandwidth from the original server.

  5. URL (required)

    Type the MRSS/RSS link and then click Validate Feed to continue.

    1. ITEM GUID - a read-only value.

    2. ITEM PUBDATE- a read-only value.

    3. ITEM TITLE - reflect the title based on the chosen element which you can modify.

    4. VIDEO URL - reflect the URL based on the chosen element which you can modify.

    5. Clickthrough URL
      Set this checkbox - if you want to upload clickable videos.

      1. If you want to have one clickable URL per 1 video - in this case, configure only the "Article URL" and "Article title" parameters (Parameter "Article title" is not required).

      2. If you already have titles for chapters inside your videos - you can skip the parameter "Article title". But if you want to show article titles for chapters in your videos, and your videos don’t already have these titles - in this case, you can configure the attribute "Article title". If you don't have an article title in the feed, we can use the article URL and fetch the article title from "og:title" attribute of your web page.

      3. Customize parameter "End time" - if you want to have multiple clickable URLs per 1 video

    6. Optional Parameters - customize further details about each video in the feed.

  6. Automatically Sync

Enable to retake videos from the feed every X interval.

See which were previously grabbed from this feed.

Video Carousel

Basic Info

  1. Title (required) - the title for the feed.
