List of playlists

Open

A list of playlists that combine Videos into 1 list that be served for InStream Studio players.

Next to each playlist is some info (based on your column selection at the top) and the (far right side) options to Archive or Edit the playlist.

Open

You can multi select to perform a bulk action.

Create/Edit a playlist

When you edit an existing playlist or choose to create a new one, you can change various details but most of them are optional!

Please remember to click Save when done.

Manually

Choose videos manually into a playlist.

Basic Info

General

The following might be reflected to the Ad Sources so should correct and helpful info.

1. Title (required) - the title of the playlist.

2. Description - the description of the playlist.

3. Type - a read-only reflection of whether the playlist is manual or dynamic.

4. Videos
   A read-only reflection of how many videos are in this playlist. To add more, click Add Video:

   Manually choose videos to include in the playlist.

5. Category IAB - choose the playlist’s category from a list made by IAB.

6. Category - choose one or more pre-defined manual categories for the playlist from a pre-defined manual list.

7. Tag - choose one or more pre-defined manual tags for the playlist from a pre-defined manual list.

8. Creation date - a read-only reflection of when the playlist was created.

9. Last modified date - a read-only reflection of when the playlist’s details were last modified.

Poster image

Upload a large representative image of the playlist.

Thumbnail image

Upload a small representative image of the playlist.

Choose player tag in this dropdown to receive embed code.

Export

Left side

1. Player tag for playlist - this player tag will be used for exporting this playlist in XML. This player tag has a higher priority than the default player tag for all playlists. So, if you configured the default player tag for all playlists in account settings it means that the default player tag for all playlists will be used only if this field is empty.

2. Player tag for videos in playlist - this player tag will be used when you are exporting this playlist in XML (this tag will be applied to videos in the playlist). This player tag has a higher priority than the default player tag for all videos. So, if you configured the default player tag for all videos in account settings it means that the default player tag for all videos will be used only if this field is empty.

Right side

You can configure this tag in account settings in the tab Default player tag.

Associated Videos

See which are set to use this playlist and possibly Remove from playlist some or all of them.

Associated Player Tags

See which player tags are associated to this playlist.

Dynamic

Choose videos dynamically into a playlist.

Basic Info

General

1. Title (required) - the title of the playlist.

2. Description - the description of the playlist.

3. Type - a read-only reflection of whether the playlist is manual or dynamic.

4. Videos - a read-only reflection of how many videos are in this playlist.

5. Filter (required) - choose one of the the that holds the dynamic videos for this playlist.

6. Set video limits - limit the dynamic playlist for only videos below a certain size.

7. Category IAB - the playlist’s category from the list made by IAB.

8. Category - the playlist’s one or more categories from a pre-defined manual list.

9. Tag - the playlist’s one or more tags from a pre-defined manual list.

10. Creation date - a read-only reflection of when the playlist was created.

11. Last modified date - a read-only reflection of when the playlist’s details were last modified.

Export

Left side

Right side

You can configure this tag in account settings in the tab Default player tag.
